"Brandon James believes that and applies this principle to his practice every day," says TVP Director John Hartranft. "With Brandon joining The Volleyball Practice as strength and conditioning coach, we've strengthened our collective capability to do good work on and off the volleyball courts."
Brandon adds, "My first team was my family. I am looking forward to working with my TVP family to nurture our progress with a program of strength training and conditioning that is volleyball-specific and that facilitates general wellness."
