Bridget's experience as a scholar-athlete at the high school, club and collegiate level, her commitment to learning, and her enthusiasm for coaching adds a valuable fresh perspective to The Volleyball Practice.
Bridget attended Gaithersburg High School from 2006-2010, where she was introduced to volleyball. She was a member of the varsity team for three of her four years, and her senior year she was voted captain and made honorable mention for the All-Gazette team. She also played club volleyball during that time, playing for Champions of Tomorrow her freshman year, followed by three years with MVSA.
Bridget played varsity volleyball at the Catholic University of America from 2010-2014, earning her degree in biology. She was selected by her peers as captain during her senior season. She was named to the Landmark Conference All Conference 2nd team and earned the Volleyball Senior Scholar Award.
Bridget earned her M.S. in Biology at Catholic University while coaching the TVP U16 team during the 2014-15 season. In September 2015, Bridget begins her PHD program at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
